ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the best printing results, we recommend:

File Format: PNG with transparent background

Resolution: 300 DPI at actual print size

Maximum Print Dimensions: 12×16 inches

Background: Transparent unless intentionally included in your design

Artwork Quality: High-resolution, properly sized, print-ready files

Please ensure all spelling, colors, design elements, and dimensions are correct before submitting your order.

IMPORTANT: Files requiring background removal, resizing assistance, artwork corrections, or additional design services may incur separate fees.

PRODUCTION & ORDER INFORMATION

Our standard DTF transfer production turnaround is generally 2 business days for print-ready orders, subject to current production volume.

Rush printing may be available for an additional fee.

Orders must be submitted through our website using the appropriate product upload or gang sheet builder.

All custom printing orders are subject to our posted production, payment, and refund policies.
