π Refunds, Returns & Custom Orders Policy
Printed Everything DTF Studio specializes in custom, made-to-order apparel and DTF transfers. Due to the customized nature of our products, ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
No Refunds or Returns For:

Custom or personalized items
-
DTF transfers once printed
-
Apparel due to incorrect size selection
-
Color variations between screen displays and final prints
-
Minor placement variations (industry standard Β±Β½ inch)
Reprints or Replacements
Reprints will ONLY be issued if:

The error was caused by Printed Everything DTF Studio
-
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
-
Clear photos are provided for verification
Refunds are not offered. Approved errors will be corrected by reprint only.
π§Ύ Proof Approval Policy
All custom orders require design approval before production begins.
By approving your proof, you confirm:

Spelling, grammar, and layout are correct

Design size and placement are approved
-
Colors and overall appearance are accepted
Once approved:

No changes can be made
-
Printing begins immediately

Printed Everything DTF Studio is not responsible for any errors once a proof has been approved, regardless of whether the error originated from the client or our team. The proof and approval process exists to ensure accuracy and to give both parties the opportunity to review all details before production. As errors can occur on either side, final approval confirms acceptance of the design and protects all parties involved.
Approval may be given via email, Shopify confirmation, or written message.

Standard Turnaround

Business days exclude weekends and holidays
Turnaround time begins after payment AND proof approval.
Rush Orders

Rush service may be available for an additional fee

Subject to availability and approval prior to payment
Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Full payment is required before production begins

Orders will not be started without cleared payment

Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable
Unpaid orders may be canceled without notice.
π Sizing & Fit Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Size charts are provided for reference

No refunds or exchanges are offered for sizing or fit issues
If unsure, sizing up is strongly recommended.
π¨ Color Disclaimer (DTF Printing)
Due to the nature of DTF printing:

Colors may vary slightly from digital mockups
-
Screen displays, fabric color, fabric type, and white ink underbase all impact final results
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
π₯ DTF Transfer Application Disclaimer
Once DTF transfers leave our facility, Printed Everything DTF Studio is not responsible for application errors.
We are not liable for damage caused by:

Incorrect heat, pressure, or pressing time

Use of home irons or non-commercial equipment

Improper peeling or re-pressing
Proper pressing instructions are provided and must be followed.

Design Ownership Rights

Printed Everything DTF Studio does not own any original designs, artwork, logos, or files submitted by customers

All customer-submitted original designs remain the sole property of the customer, now and in the future

By placing an order, the customer grants Printed Everything DTF Studio limited, temporary permission to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order
Printed Everything DTF Studio does not:

Claim ownership of customer designs
-
Resell or redistribute customer artwork
-
Use customer designs for marketing or resale without written permission
Copyright & Trademark Responsibility
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that:

They own the rights to the design or
-
They have obtained proper authorization or licensing to use the design
Printed Everything DTF Studio is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided artwork. The customer assumes full legal responsibility for any claims or disputes arising from submitted designs.
Right to Refuse Service
Printed Everything DTF Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe upon copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
βοΈ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed once proof approval is given

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Design changes may result in additional fees
Please review all order details carefully before approval.
π Shipping & Lost Package Policy

Printed Everything DTF Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays

Lost or damaged packages must be addressed with the carrier
-
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
π Local Pickup Policy
For local pickup orders:

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion
-
Storage fees may apply after the pickup window
-
Unclaimed orders may be forfeited after extended periods
Pickup instructions will be provided once the order is ready.
π§Ό Apparel Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and longevity of your apparel:

Wash inside out
-
Cold water only
-
No bleach
-
Tumble dry low or hang dry
-
Do not iron directly on the design
Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for reprint.
π Design File Requirements (DTF Orders)
Customers must submit print-ready files.
File Requirements:

Minimum 300 DPI
-
Transparent background (PNG preferred)

Correct sizing prior to submission
Additional fees apply for:

Background removal
-
File clean-up
-
Resizing or redesign services

π« Right to Refuse Service & Termination of Client Relationship PolicyΒ
Printed Everything DTF Studio reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate a client relationship at any time, at our sole discretion, in order to protect our business, staff, workflow, and brand integrity.
This policy may be enforced for, but is not limited to, the following reasons:

Abusive, aggressive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior

Excessive disputes, chargeback attempts, or repeated policy violations

Failure to follow ordering, proof approval, or payment procedures
-
Unrealistic expectations that fall outside the scope of our services

Requests that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
-
Attempts to bypass policies, pricing, or turnaround times
-
Communication that is hostile, manipulative, or disruptive to business operations
Termination of Service
If a client relationship is terminated:

Any completed work will be provided as-is

Any unstarted work may be canceled at our discretion

Payments for completed or in-progress work remain non-refundable

Future orders may be declined
Printed Everything DTF Studio is not required to provide justification for refusing service beyond this policy.
Professional Boundaries
We are committed to providing high-quality products and professional service. This policy exists to maintain a respectful, safe, and productive environment for all parties involved. Mutual respect and adherence to our policies are required to continue doing business with Printed Everything DTF Studio.
