Terms & Conditions

Printed Everything

By placing an order with Printed Everything, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting artwork or completing your purchase.

1. Artwork Submission & File Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for submitting print-ready, high-quality artwork. Printed Everything prints files exactly as received.

Accepted File Formats (Preferred):

  • AI, EPS, SVG

  • PNG (transparent background required)

  • PSD (with layers intact)

Not Accepted:

  • JPG/JPEG files

  • Screenshots

  • Images copied from websites or social media

  • Photos of screens, garments, or printed materials

File Quality Standards:

  • Artwork must be submitted at final print size

  • Minimum 300 DPI

  • Chest designs should be 3,000–4,000+ pixels wide

  • Backgrounds must be truly transparent (checkerboard visible)

  • No white boxes, colored backgrounds, blur, pixelation, or distortion

Printed Everything is not responsible for print defects resulting from low-resolution files, improperly prepared artwork, leftover backgrounds, or poor-quality source images.

2. Client Responsibility for Artwork Quality

Clients understand that print quality is directly dependent on the quality of the artwork provided.

Printed Everything is not responsible for:

  • Pixelation or low resolution

  • Blurry or distorted images

  • Backgrounds left in the design

  • Color inconsistencies caused by file quality

  • Compression artifacts, halos, or rough edges

By submitting artwork, the client accepts full responsibility for the final printed outcome.

3. Artwork Review, Proofs & Approval

When applicable, Printed Everything may provide a digital proof for review prior to production.

Once a proof is approved:

  • Design, size, and placement are considered final

  • Client assumes responsibility for spelling, layout, sizing, and artwork accuracy

  • No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors in approved artwork

Printed Everything reserves the right to refuse artwork that does not meet production standards.

4. Design Services & Artwork Adjustments

If artwork is not print-ready, Printed Everything may offer design or cleanup services for an additional fee, including:

  • Background removal

  • Logo cleanup

  • Resizing

  • Resolution enhancement (when possible)

  • Redraws or vector conversions

Design Turnaround:

  • Custom design, redraws, or logo creation may take 5–7 business days

Design fees are quoted based on complexity and are non-refundable once work begins.

5. DTF Gang Sheet Production & Turnaround

Standard DTF Gang Sheets:

  • Production time: Up to 48 hours

Same-Day / Rush DTF Service:

  • Available for print-ready files submitted before the daily cutoff

  • Subject to availability

  • Rush Fee: $25 per gang sheet

Same-day service applies only to properly prepared files.

6. Local Pickup Policy

  • Same-day pickup is available for local customers only

  • Pickup times will be confirmed after production completion

  • Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be rescheduled

  • Unclaimed orders may be subject to storage limitations

7. Refunds, Reprints & Production Errors

Printed Everything prints exactly what is submitted.

Refunds or free reprints will only be issued if:

  • The error was caused by Printed Everything’s production process

  • The submitted artwork met all print-ready requirements

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for:

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files

  • Backgrounds left in artwork

  • Client-approved design errors

  • Color expectations based on screen previews

All sales are final once production begins.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started

  • Design services cannot be canceled once work has begun

  • Rush fees are non-refundable

9. Color & Print Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to:

  • Monitor calibration differences

  • Ink, film, and fabric variations

  • Printing processes

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

10. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Printed Everything, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your submitted artwork.
