- Making sure designs are not accidentally overlapping
- Keeping artwork inside the printable area
Gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted.

Printed Everything is not responsible for errors already present in customer-submitted artwork or layouts.
PRESSING GUIDANCE
PRESS. PEEL. PRESS AGAIN. 🔥
Temperature: 320°F
Time: 15 seconds
Peel: Cold Peel
Final Press: Press again after peeling
STEP 1 — PRE-PRESS
Pre-press your garment for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
STEP 2 — POSITION
Place your DTF transfer on the garment with the printed design facing up.
STEP 3 — PRESS
Press at 320°F for 15 seconds using firm, even pressure.
STEP 4 — COLD PEEL
Allow the transfer to cool completely before removing the film.
Slowly peel the carrier film away from the garment.
STEP 5 — SECOND PRESS
Cover the finished design with parchment paper or an appropriate finishing sheet and press again to help set the transfer.
PRO TIP: Heat presses and fabrics can vary. Test when working with unfamiliar garments or materials.

WHAT IS A DTF GANG SHEET?
A gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs on one continuous sheet of DTF film. It’s a smart way to maximize print space and get more transfers in one order.
CAN I PUT DIFFERENT DESIGNS ON ONE SHEET?
Absolutely. Mix logos, graphics, names, sizes and designs—as long as everything fits within your selected sheet dimensions.
CAN I DUPLICATE THE SAME DESIGN?
Yes! Duplicate your design as many times as you can fit on your sheet.
DO YOU SIZE MY DESIGNS FOR ME?
No. With Build Your Own Gang Sheet, you control the size and placement of every design.
Make sure each image is sized correctly before submitting your sheet.
WILL YOU CHECK OR FIX MY ARTWORK?
Gang sheets are submitted as print-ready artwork.
We do not automatically redesign, resize, recreate, remove backgrounds or correct customer files. Artwork preparation services may be purchased separately when available.
WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD I USE?
A high-resolution transparent PNG is recommended. For best results, artwork should be approximately 300 DPI at the final print size.
CAN MY IMAGE HAVE A BACKGROUND?
Only if you want the background printed.
Any visible part of your uploaded artwork may print, so remove unwanted backgrounds before submitting.
WHAT IF MY IMAGE IS BLURRY?
If it looks blurry or pixelated on your end, there’s a good chance it will print that way too.
Better file in = better print out.
HOW MUCH SPACE SHOULD I LEAVE BETWEEN DESIGNS?
Leave enough room to comfortably cut around each transfer without cutting into neighboring designs.
CAN YOU BUILD MY GANG SHEET FOR ME?

HOW DO I PRESS MY TRANSFERS?
Our standard guidance is:
320°F • 15 Seconds • Cold Peel • Second Press
Because garments and heat presses can vary, adjustments may sometimes be necessary.
CAN I USE A HOME IRON?
A commercial-style heat press is recommended for the most consistent pressure, temperature and results.
ARE GANG SHEETS REFUNDABLE?
Because gang sheets are produced using your custom artwork and layout, customer-submitted or artwork-related errors are not eligible for reprints or refunds.
