PRINT-ON-DEMAND & RESELLER TERMS OF SERVICE

YOUR BRAND. OUR PRODUCTION. ONE VISION. ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES.

Effective: October 25, 2026

Welcome to Printed Everything, your boutique apparel production and fulfillment partner.

Our Print-on-Demand (POD) and White-Label Fulfillment Program is designed for independent clothing brands, resellers, entrepreneurs, boutiques, creators, organizations, and businesses seeking professional apparel production without the commitment of purchasing large quantities of finished inventory.

Printed Everything provides apparel printing, heat pressing, production finishing, and optional white-label fulfillment. Premium customization services are available through HAUS of Everything and B.eaded E.verything.

By placing a POD or reseller order, you acknowledge these policies, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. ARTWORK SUBMISSION, APPROVAL & DESIGN REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Accepted Artwork Formats

All standard POD orders must include print-ready artwork.

Preferred format:

  • High-resolution PNG with a genuine transparent background.
  • 300 DPI at the intended final print dimensions.
  • Clean edges, readable lettering, and properly prepared color artwork.
  • Artwork sized proportionately to the selected garment.

Vector PDF, AI, or SVG files may be considered for special projects when accepted through an approved upload method. Additional preparation may be required.

Files that may require correction or replacement include:

  • Screenshots or low-resolution images.
  • Pixelated or blurry designs.
  • Images with unwanted backgrounds.
  • Incorrectly sized artwork.
  • Artwork containing unexpected transparency.
  • Graphics with illegible small lettering.
  • Files that cannot be processed by our production software.

Uploading a file does not automatically mean it is production-ready.

1.2 Standard Print Dimensions

Standard POD pricing includes one approved DTF design per selected print placement.

Standard maximum included print size: approximately 12 × 15 inches.

Actual placement and dimensions may be adjusted based on garment size, design proportions, and production requirements.

Oversized artwork, additional placements, special positioning, or exceptionally detailed projects may require additional charges.

Customers requesting exact measurements must provide those measurements when placing the order.

1.3 Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking the following before approving their orders:

  • Spelling, names, and dates.
  • Artwork orientation and layout.
  • Selected garment style, color, and size.
  • Requested design dimensions.
  • Print placement and quantity.
  • Correct version of the submitted artwork.

Where a digital proof is provided, production begins after approval and payment requirements are satisfied.

Digital mockups represent the general appearance of finished products. Slight variations may occur between screen colors, fabric colors, artwork previews, and physical printing.

Printed Everything is not responsible for customer-submitted errors reproduced accurately from approved artwork.

1.5 Copyrights, Trademarks & Permissions

Customers must own or have the appropriate authorization, license, or legal right to reproduce, distribute, and commercially use all submitted artwork.

This includes photographs, logos, illustrations, characters, school insignia, business trademarks, team branding, and other protected material.

By submitting artwork, customers represent that they have the necessary rights for the intended production.

Printed Everything reserves the right to request proof of authorization, decline artwork that presents an intellectual property concern, or cancel an affected order with an appropriate refund.

The customer retains ownership of their original submitted artwork. Submission grants Printed Everything a limited right to use the artwork for the requested production and fulfillment services.

Customer artwork will not be intentionally offered for resale as an independent design without authorization.

All print files and gang sheets must be submitted through the approved website ordering or upload system. Files submitted by email, text message, or social media are not accepted as official production submissions.

2. PRODUCTION, TURNAROUND & QUALITY STANDARDS

2.1 Production Schedule

Printed Everything is an independent, small-batch production studio.

Our standard production planning targets for approved, in-stock orders are:

Order Quantity

Standard Production Target

1–10 garments

3 business days

11–25 garments

5 business days

26+ garments

7–10 business days

These targets apply to standard DTF apparel production. Custom embellishments, specialty treatments, extensive artwork preparation, and other premium services require separately confirmed schedules.

Business days exclude Sundays, recognized holidays, and scheduled business closures.

Customers will receive or be shown the applicable shipping commitment for their orders. We only accept production schedules we reasonably expect to meet.

Payment and artwork approval are required before production can begin. Artwork delays may affect production scheduling but do not eliminate any legally required shipping or refund obligations.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

2.2 Production Capacity

All orders are subject to current production capacity.

Large quantities, multiple artwork variations, peak-season demand, equipment maintenance, or complex garments may require extended schedules communicated before order acceptance or through an appropriate delay notice.

Rush production is available only when specifically approved.

Our general expedited service pricing is:

  • Rush production: 25% additional, $25 minimum.
  • Approved same-day or next-day production: 50% additional, $50 minimum.

Rush fees are charged only for approved expedited service. They do not automatically guarantee expedited carrier transit.

2.3 Garment Availability & Substitutions

Blank garments are subject to supplier inventory.

Printed Everything does not guarantee the continuous availability of a particular garment brand, style, color, or size.

If an ordered blank becomes unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative, revised schedule, or cancellation/refund where applicable.

We will not substitute a materially different garment without customer approval.

Prices may change for premium garment brands, specialty fabrics, unusual sizes, or supplier cost changes. Any changes requiring additional payment must be approved before production.

2.4 Quality Inspection

Each completed garment undergoes basic quality review, including:

  • Verification of selected garment style and size.
  • Confirmation of the approved design.
  • Print placement inspection.
  • Review for visible production defects.
  • Examination of print adhesion and finishing.
  • Final packaging inspection.

Reasonable variations associated with fabric texture, garment construction, digital color display, and heat-transfer printing may occur.

However, significant misalignment, incorrect artwork, damaged decoration, unacceptable transfer adhesion, or other verified production failures are not considered acceptable finished work.

2.5 Reprint & Workmanship Standards

Printed Everything stands behind the workmanship of its printing and pressing.

If a verified production defect occurs, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including correction, replacement, reprint, or refund as required by applicable law.

Visible errors should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery whenever possible, with clear photos and the order number.

Print workmanship concerns may be submitted under our 90-day workmanship warranty, provided the garment has been reasonably cared for according to applicable care instructions.

The warranty does not ordinarily cover accidental damage, improper laundering, direct ironing of decorated areas, unauthorized garment modifications, or normal wear unrelated to a production defect.

These reporting recommendations do not limit rights provided by law.

3. SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY

3.1 Shipping Responsibilities

Standard garment production pricing does not include outbound shipping.

Customers and resellers are responsible for paying the displayed or approved shipping and fulfillment charges.

Shipping costs depend on destination, package size, garment weight, carrier services, and any additional fulfillment requirements.

All shipping charges must be approved and paid before shipment unless a separate written agreement applies.

3.2 White-Label Fulfillment

White-label fulfillment allows approved resellers to have completed merchandise shipped directly to their own customers.

Under this service, Printed Everything manufactures and packages the garment while the reseller remains responsible for their retail storefront and customer relationship.

White-label fulfillment is a separate service from standard production.

Proposed fulfillment fee: $3 per individually addressed shipment, plus postage.

This fee covers additional order handling, address processing, and direct-shipment coordination. Ordinary basic packaging is included in the standard garment price.

Multiple garments delivered to the same address may be consolidated when appropriate.

White-label orders are manually processed unless a separate integration service has been expressly established.

3.3 Packaging & Return Address

Standard fulfillment includes basic, protective packaging.

Approved white-label orders may use neutral packaging without Printed Everything promotional inserts.

Unless otherwise agreed, shipping labels and return information may identify Printed Everything or its authorized fulfillment location.

A reseller may request another valid return address, subject to carrier requirements, operational feasibility, and written approval.

Neutral packaging does not guarantee complete anonymity of the production facility or shipment origin.

3.4 Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when offered by the selected shipping service.

For reseller orders, Printed Everything will send tracking or shipment confirmation to the purchasing reseller through the available order management system.

The reseller is responsible for providing appropriate shipping updates to their own customer unless a separate direct-notification arrangement has been established.

3.5 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Shipping carriers may experience delays, lost packages, damage, or delivery exceptions.

Customers and resellers should report delivery issues promptly through our website, providing their order numbers and tracking information.

For shipments purchased through Printed Everything, we will assist in investigating carrier issues and submitting eligible claims.

Delivery scans, missing-package reports, damaged packaging, and other evidence will be evaluated when determining the appropriate resolution.

Lost-package responsibility and available remedies depend on the circumstances of shipment, the contractual relationship, and applicable law.

If a reseller purchases or supplies their own shipping label, the reseller is generally responsible for coordinating its carrier claim, while Printed Everything will provide available evidence about production and handoff.

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the purchaser may result in additional postage or replacement charges, subject to applicable law.

3.6 Shipping Delays

If we determine that we cannot meet a required shipment deadline, we will notify the purchasing customer and provide the required opportunity to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.

Where cancellation or refund is legally required, it will be provided regardless of the customized nature of the merchandise.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are the primary point of contact for their retail customers.

Resellers are responsible for:

  • Managing their websites, storefronts, and marketing.
  • Establishing retail prices and collecting customer payments.
  • Answering general retail customer inquiries.
  • Confirming accurate garment selections and shipping addresses.
  • Securing artwork permissions.
  • Submitting and paying for production orders.
  • Communicating their own customer service and return policies.
  • Managing retail promotions, discounts, and order changes.
  • Forwarding shipping updates to customers.
  • Handling their customers’ applicable consumer rights and refund obligations.
  • Managing customer payment disputes and marketplace requirements.

Resellers must not promise delivery dates or services that Printed Everything has not confirmed.

4.2 Printed Everything Responsibilities

Printed Everything is responsible for the production and fulfillment services it agrees to provide.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing submitted artwork for production suitability.
  • Producing the purchased garments according to approved specifications.
  • Applying DTF transfers using established production procedures.
  • Performing reasonable quality checks.
  • Preparing completed merchandise for approved fulfillment.
  • Providing available order and shipment information.
  • Addressing verified production defects.
  • Investigating fulfillment errors within our control.
  • Providing legally required remedies for our direct customers.

4.3 Customer Communication

For white-label orders, customer inquiries should ordinarily be directed to the reseller who sold the merchandise.

If the reseller’s customer contacts Printed Everything about a retail transaction, we may direct that customer back to the reseller while cooperating on production or delivery concerns.

All official production modifications, claim documentation, and order instructions must be recorded through approved business communication channels.

Social-media comments, unrelated direct messages, and informal verbal requests do not automatically modify approved orders.

4.4 Boundaries & Production Updates

Printed Everything is a professionally operated independent production business.

Customers will receive necessary order confirmations, requests for approval, and important fulfillment updates.

Routine in-progress photographs, repeated daily production updates, and unscheduled production interruptions are not included in standard services.

Customers are expected to respect established business hours, appointment requirements, and pickup arrangements.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & ORDER ERRORS

5.1 Made-to-Order Merchandise

Most Printed Everything POD products are produced specifically for an individual customer or reseller after purchase.

Because these products are customized, we generally do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
  • Artwork mistakes supplied and approved by the customer.
  • A preference for a different garment color or style after production.
  • Retail customers changing their minds about a properly fulfilled reseller order.

These limitations apply only where legally permitted and never override applicable consumer rights.

5.2 Printed Everything Production Errors

A production error may include:

  • An incorrect garment shipped by our studio.
  • Wrong print placement inconsistent with the approved order.
  • Incorrect artwork printed due to our production mistake.
  • Missing garments or missing paid print placements.
  • Verified defects in production workmanship.
  • Merchandise damaged during production.

For verified errors attributable to Printed Everything, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional production charge, including a replacement, correction, or refund as applicable.

Where we request the return of an incorrectly produced item, we will provide appropriate return instructions and cover return postage for our verified error.

5.3 Customer or Reseller Submission Errors

If a customer or reseller submits the wrong file, misspells a name, selects the wrong size, provides incorrect placement instructions, or approves an inaccurate design, the cost of producing a corrected replacement will generally be the customer’s responsibility.

A replacement can be ordered at the applicable production rate.

5.4 Cancellations

Customers should request cancellations immediately through the website’s official customer support channel.

Before production begins, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the order status and applicable law.

Once custom production has begun, discretionary cancellations may not be available.

However, customers retain cancellation and refund rights required by law, including rights arising from qualifying shipment delays or failure to fulfill an order.

5.5 Defect Claims

To help resolve concerns efficiently, customers should submit:

  1. Their order number.
  2. The affected garment and quantity.
  3. Clear photos showing the issue.
  4. A brief explanation of the problem.
  5. Any relevant original artwork or proof approval.

Visible order errors should preferably be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Workmanship claims may be submitted under the 90-day workmanship warranty.

Printed Everything may request additional evidence or return of the affected item when reasonably necessary.

5.6 Reseller Refund Responsibilities

When a reseller sells merchandise through their own store, the reseller is responsible for honoring applicable obligations to their customer.

A reseller’s customer being unhappy with a correct, nondefective garment does not automatically create an obligation for Printed Everything to reimburse the reseller.

However, Printed Everything remains responsible for remedies legally required for its own transactions and for production or fulfillment errors attributable to its services.

Resellers must not advertise a blanket no-refunds policy that misrepresents consumer rights.

6. PRIVATE LABELING, BRANDING & PACKAGING

6.1 Private-Label Options

Printed Everything can help customers create a more professional, consistent apparel brand.

Available options may include:

  • Custom inside-neck branding.
  • Additional logo placements.
  • Hangtags and branded inserts.
  • Neutral shipping packaging.
  • Approved branded packaging.
  • Individual direct-to-customer fulfillment.
  • Specialty embellishments and custom finishing.

Private labeling and premium production services are not automatically included in standard POD garment prices.

6.2 Labeling Compliance

Required garment labels must remain legally compliant.

Federal requirements generally address appropriate disclosure of fiber content, country of origin, and identification of a responsible company, along with applicable garment-care information.

Original labels containing required information cannot simply be removed without providing compliant replacement labeling.

Custom decorative neck branding does not replace legally required product information.

A reseller requesting replacement manufacturer or identification labels must provide appropriate, verifiable information, and may be required to pay additional setup and compliance-related costs.

Printed Everything may refuse label-removal or replacement requests that cannot be completed appropriately.

6.3 Branding and Fulfillment Fees

6.4 Brand Confidentiality

Printed Everything will use reseller artwork, branding details, and fulfillment information for the agreed services.

White-label orders will not intentionally include Printed Everything marketing inserts when neutral fulfillment has been purchased and approved.

Information supplied for fulfillment will be used to process and support the applicable order, subject to the business’s privacy policy and legal obligations.

6.5 Special Brand Services

Advanced customization through HAUS of Everything or B.eaded E.verything may require additional production time.

These specialty services may include bleaching, distressing, airbrushing, hand-applied embellishments, rhinestones, specialty labels, or other bespoke finishes.

Each service is evaluated individually and quoted according to garment requirements, labor, materials, and complexity.

7. PAYMENTS & ORDER PROCESSING

All Printed Everything print-on-demand and reseller production orders require 100% payment before work begins.

No deposit or unpaid order is considered authorization to start or complete production.

Customers must place orders through www.PrintedEverything.com or pay an approved invoice generated through the website.

Available installment payment options, including Afterpay or Sezzle where enabled and approved at checkout, are subject to the payment provider’s terms.

Order totals may include standard production, extended sizes, additional decoration, artwork services, private labeling, fulfillment, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Additional services must be approved and paid for before those services are performed.

8. AGREEMENT & BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

Printed Everything is an independent apparel production and fulfillment provider.

Using our POD services does not establish an employment relationship, business partnership, franchise, exclusive distribution agreement, or guarantee of reseller sales or profitability.

Resellers remain responsible for their retail operations, marketing representations, customer relationships, and legal compliance.

Printed Everything reserves the right to reject unlawful orders, suspend service for documented misconduct or payment fraud, and update future service offerings and prices.

Any order accepted before a policy or pricing change remains subject to the agreed transaction terms except where changes are required by law or mutually accepted.

Nothing in these policies limits nonwaivable consumer protections or legal rights.
